These seem to be covered better on All-Madden. I disagree with your take on loop blitzes being less effective on All-Pro: I often record and replay the frequent QB hits I take less than two seconds after the snap. Across the board, my interior linemen are giving the Olé to the loop blitzer.
Our experiences as to difficulty may have more to do with the fact that on All-Madden my defense has been solid, whereas I constantly get gashed on All-Pro. However, I am still fielding many early-February players, and so I get fewer abilities than my opponents on both sides on the ball, and the lack of abilities is definitely holding back my offense in either case.
