For reference, Josh Allen (QB) ran a 4.76, very close to Manning, but has 83 speed on his 91 OVR item.
Manning has 51 speed on his 95, Romo has 81 on his 95, and Allen has 83 on his 91.
I’m just confused why they didn’t make Peyton faster. I understand that Manning didn’t really scramble, but neither did Marino and some other qbs.
He ran a faster 40 than Romo by 0.21 seconds and still has 30 speed less.
What do you think? Did Peyton get cheated?
