<p>Is this just because he is a kicker?</p> <p>He gets discounted Zen/Focus kicker for 1 AP, but unlike other 98 OVRs, you can't apply that discount to other buckets.  You can only chose 1 of the 2 for a discount in his last bucket.</p> <p>That really sucks, picke…</p>
