<p>i think people are getting confused by the semantics.  </p> <p>Reset = the pack counter will be reset to be able to be purchased again.  If your counter/limit says 0, resetting it would put it back to 1</p> <p>Refresh = the pack is refreshed when the  new cards…</p>

<p>Its a two fold issue.</p> <p>Jerseys (and PBs/coaches/strats) are basically price capped cheap, so they get bought up pretty quickly.  You can always get these unis for 3 gold players in sets, so really as long as you have 3 gold cards (OVR doesnt matter)…</p>
