Correct, and it's been boosted even further. At full 15/15 (ASA OOP only) we get +3 height, that seven foot Too Tall is just plain silly. Easily best spin move in the entire game, he can flip direction 180 degrees while maintaining speed. It's nutty, but many of the bigger ASA guys seem to get the glitchy spin move. Have fun!

As long as you are using one of the handful of backs that gets the elite spin move, the differences are so razor thin, a case can be made for any as; 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, etc.  However, my personal preference and order, from best to worst (but use whoever you want, as long as it's on this list):

1. Anthony Edwards (boosted on 40/50 Theme Team, plus Strategy item, etc.) -- it's not terribly difficult to max him out as 99 everything and get him up to 6'7" height, which makes him absolutely elite in the pass game, as well as dominant run game with twirls and spins galore.
2. T'Vondre Sweat
3. King Henry
4. Quadfather
5. ... then everyone else, it's not even particularly close
