<p>You can take chances on some packs if you get lucky. Redux, legends and collector series could be valuable. <p>I never keep anything less than a champ or LTD. This year I only kept cards that were 8440 snow (ZC or ghost champs) and 9000 snow (LTD). The fact you can pay money to have an advantage over others = Pay to Win. This doesnt mean that paying = a win or paying is the only way to win.
An example:
Player A has 15 hrs in game = 70 ovr team
Player B has 15 hrs in game + spent $400 = 94 ovr teamPlayer B has an advantage over Player A because they spent money.
HERE IS THE DEFINITION - focus on the word "CAN"
