Wasn't always unsatisfied. A few years ago I rarely had a bad word to say about MUT.
GoPack said:You’re right, you can. But my point is, there’s always people unsatisfied. I loooove Tyler higbee he’s been great is he “most feared” no, but he’s a card on my madden team. Promo aside, this is good

Re: The mystery player strikes again

Lanier was 6'1 245. Not 6'6" 260. He only played in 1 Super Bowl. He was drafted AFTER Super Bowl 1 when KC lost, specifically because they were looking to tighten up their defense.

Good amount of sacks? They estimated that he had 4. Compared to 2…
Timk4539 said:I’m willing to put 1000 dollars on the fact that it will be LB Willie Lanier, who also had a good amount of sacks and was a LB but played some edge From Morgan state, they’ve said Morgan state and something about SB’s, he was in 2. He meets all the criteria besides the number 13, and he had a goated card in I believe MUT 20. Trust me, I have done quite a bit of research on this, lol. If it’s anything else like a creature or somethin, I think I’m gona hang my MUT hat up and call it quits, but if anyone wants to take me on that bet, I’m open to it
Re: The mystery player strikes again

I mean, he is 6'6, 260, went to Morgan St and is affiliated with the Super Bowl. He voiced Cole Train on the Gears games . That's a pretty big coincidence

Terrible Terry Tate would be freakin' awesome

I hope they allow us to upgrade him to >89 …
Darthur6 said:IF WE GET TERRY TATE, IM GONNA NUT
Re: The mystery player strikes again

You still willing to make that bet? I'll take it and I have a G ready to put up :)

I can't see another coverage LB being released now, when there are a lot of players that meet the specs put out by EA much better
Timk4539 said:Well… idk about that, lol. I did a lot of research with the clues we have, and besides the number 13, he’s the only one that meets the criteria
Re: The mystery player strikes again

This isn't really true about the train clock which was actually called a railway clock when it was invented/created.

So if the player is James Harrison this clue would not really be accurate

Besides, it's Lester Speight. 6'6, 260, went to Morgan …
selfishxsaint said:So the new Hint was “Train Clock”
feel free to look this up if you want.
assuming that height, weight, age are all placeholders to make “666”
13 being the unlucky number
IF these spirit board hints are actual hints
the actual trainclock is was invented by John and James
HARRISON
the stats of the full 89 version could most definitely be a physical prime version of James Harrison, he has multiple Super Bowl appearances and arguably the best play in superbowl history. he also actually played ROLB the power moves, hit power, impact blocking, and strength of this card also make him a reasonable guess. He also came from Kent St which is a small school like Morgan St.
Re: Any Predictions On Who The Most Feared Mystery Player Will Be?? Second Hint: TRAIN CLOCK
Re: This is by far the worst start to MF promo

Unless the rights expired, they've had the rights to all those players I named
kaotikords said:All legends we dont know if they had rights to.... Deion has the 87.
Could happen next week though.

Re: This is by far the worst start to MF promo

Maybe a Blount, a Harold, a Clay, Butkus, Urlacher, JJ, maybe a new LT, maybe Larry Fitz, Jim Brown, a new Deion...... so many players they could have released into the promo.....
kaotikords said:What were you hoping for
Re: This is by far the worst start to MF promo

Something more like this...

https://www.mut.gg/news/top-10-most-feared-players-in-madden-23/
kaotikords said:What were you hoping for
This is by far the worst start to MF promo
Call me crazy but A Train is the best short yardage RB
Re: The mystery player strikes again

With the hint being "Super Bowls" I cannot see it being a fictitious player
SquishySoldier21 said:Watch it be Jason (friday the) 13, 6-6 is probably about his height. 🙄 Theres already been several (low budget at that) video games with his official likeness and name etc this era so clearly the rights could be had if EA wanted it. Only thing that would be random with no possible connection I could see is Morgan State.
Then again, others saying even EA doesnt know who it is/will just make up something even MORE nonsensical could be right. Lol wouldnt surprise me smh
Re: The mystery player strikes again

Hendricks is 6'7 actually and Haley actually.has 5 SB rings not 2....

Super.Bowls.and the stats of the 82 ove card are all we have to go by so I'm saying it's Haley
weplaythose said:Honestly these stats might all be placeholders for this reason.
Ted Hendricks-6'6, 2 SB wins, OLB
Willie Lanier-Morehead State, OLB, 2 SB wins
Charles Haley-OLB, 2SB wins
Only players that I've found that meet multiple criteria, no one meets all of it
EDIT: SORRY GANG FORGOT HALEY WON 5 SB.
