The flaw is saying the old gen is 3 years old like saying if I have an older home and buy a product for it that is made for it or a newer home, but said company decided to abandon supporting it in an older home that I should just buy a new home.
 

EA is that said company, they put out & sold a product to just abandon it leaving it as is. 
 

It is obvious EA is clueless to a solution & just decided that what should be a simple fix is not worth their time… don’t act like they’d jump to fix the same issue had it been on a current console.
 

EA has lacked customer service for years. The only time they jump to fix anything is if it benefits the customer in the slightest way.
 

As a MODERATOR… you’d think you’d have had a better reply than to side with this garage company like they remotely care for anybody but their internal community & be more for the community - just saying!
 

To each’s own tho & for the record I’m not some NOOB to EA & MUT… probably been around longer than 95%+ of the people on this site as well as having more dealing with EA & this game to include developers & such!
