Thats why you see people say Elway is awful because theyre playing bad players so its not used correctly. Its not a bad card, people just dont play the way they should or they arent good enough to pay where it should. Thats why all advice is usally overall and what does it. I use those 2 because they are top of the line, and if you like to block then Megatron and Bmarsh are your top 2 and 3rd. Theyre all 6'5+, over 210 lbs, all RR thresholds. Carm doesnt animate like Megatron does but its all in that vacinity. And youre right, people like LT/Sapp get these extra special things nobody else can.

The sad part is, we can only guesstimate what they do.
Pur is usually the angle and how good they are at trying to catch up with a ball handler
PAC is how good the playaction fake is, the better it is, the more the defenders can bite
IBL is impact blocking and the chance at pancakes
ball carrier vision is how well the see holes in the line
awareness is just like a heads up/dont play dumb stat
return is for kick returns, less likely to fumble etc
play rec is the opposite of play action, theyll be better adapted to do what they need to like if its a run theyll get to the ball faster reactionary etc
