Re: quick question
Re: So picked up Revis and Deion started getting beaten lol

I completely agree. Listen, EA has a patent for DDA. It is used in other game modes. So it exists. If you wanted to maximize profits you'd want to keep your customer base for as long as possible. What better way to do that then to keep them interest…
wkward83 said:I don’t care what people say but dda in this game is real , since i got my team to a 94 i have lost 5 straight games to what look to be 88 to 89 overall teams . No way that should happen. I also consider myself a decent player so it’s not just a skill issue .
Re: Best press man CBs?

I do...man, I have found traits to be a really good determining factor. i was listening to Problem Wright who over the past 2 decades is probably the most recognizable and possibly most successful Madden Pro ever....I mean, now he doesn't play compe…
kaotikords said:I know, youre the only one who loves those traits :P
Its at least the best place to start. Personally, I like NTL, Slay, and Revis best right now. And all of them are clutch and plays aggresive. and Revis is the only non high motor one
Re: Best press man CBs?

Not sure where I'd play him....probably not in my top 3 but I will give him a shot and see. In Dime or Dollar I will get him on the field
rka7731 said:So Surtain is actually a good card. I torched him a few times and he caught up and picked it. Was surprised.
Also, NTL is solid overall in every category, but doesn’t excel in man press like the others
Re: Mut Champs
Re: So picked up Revis and Deion started getting beaten lol

I also think that EA builds stuff into the cards , especially the "free" ones that changes how they play. Past Deions that were set Masters never played this inconsistently
Jonnymagnum said:i Just think that he was that much better because he was facing cards that were 90-92. The cards have caught up to him
Re: So picked up Revis and Deion started getting beaten lol

No, I know what u mean....the animation makes it seem that way...When I used Carmichael it was like that and it still is with Metzelaars...Low-Key, Metzelaars is the most clutch player of all my pass-catching players. He's a beast. better than Pitts…
Daddy said:I have a clip from a couple of years ago where I had a shorter CB against a taller WR go up for a jump ball. And I paused it when they were both mid-air going up for the contested catch. Both fully stretched out, the taller WR was about double the size (in height) as my CB, Kyle Fuller. Just using the screen as scale, the WR high-pointed the catch roughly 15 feet in the air, and my fully stretched out, reaching up in the air CB barely had his toes 6” from the ground at the peak of his jump.
point being, if you’re not tall, you’re short!
Re: So picked up Revis and Deion started getting beaten lol

I run outside shade on Revis (on the outside), not on Deion. I won't put him at FS because I have AM3 Atwater there with Ed Reed as the backup
jwasylenko said:Just so you know, Outside Shade is almost completely useless on a slot corner as most slot routes are going to break inside the numbers. If you like running press man I would suggest moving NTL inside and running Mid Route KO/Pick Artist for a total of 2 AP. He's also much better in run support. Deion's press was never really a problem for me either, but I recently moved him to FS, and he has been much better there.
Re: Best press man CBs?

I did that same sort :) ...Still, sometimes there are more factors than just the press , etc...traits, sometimes a card plays above or below the attributes, but I agree about NTL
kaotikords said:Arch m2m, sorted by press vs stock 90 man + press
And NTL is the best in the game right now overall, IMO
Re: Best press man CBs?

You don't put NTL in that category? 95 speed on Legends TT, without the strat card, 94 man, 92 press, 95 jumping 75 strength on a CB...etc?
chase8807 said:the best 4 corners for it are Revis slay woolen and surtain Haynes Patrick pet are all interchangeable at the 4
Also suggest running the man to man strategy card give more man coverage and press and allowes Revis to have 98 press at this point in the game which is broken
Re: Best press man CBs?

I see a lot of people talking (writing actually lol) about Surtain. Last year his card just never animated; so manny passes just went right over his head...I found it funny that I watched a video last yr and again this yr of GutFoxx gameplay and the…
rka7731 said:Slay, Peterson, Surtain, Haynes, Woolen
Re: Best press man CBs?

Yeah I run ball hawk strat card w +3 Man thanks
rka7731 said:Good suggestion here for the strategy card
Re: So picked up Revis and Deion started getting beaten lol

Lol well they're something to that actually, I agree.

However I don't see any 7 footers at WR this year LOL.... but I get your point. He gets caught over more than guys 3" shorter than him do
Daddy said:Deion isnt good this year because it’s a free card. If I ever see him one vs one in man coverage I’m tossing it up to my receiver who is a foot taller than him every time
