if you go look at SFL it says activates only on bullet passes and with a pass lead, which the high balls people throw are still bullet passes just at a higher trajectory and pretty much every pass you are pass leading at least a bit, doesn't have to be a free form can be just the old school pass lead.

The misconception between PLE and SFL is that one works on the run and the other doesn't. This is only kind of true, because the game thinks on the run is when you have RT pressed in or "turbo", so if you are rolling out and throw without pressing RT then SFL will still activate even though you are moving. PLE just lets you throw with RT pressed in and get the velocity boost.

I hope Hines' next card gets Honorary Linemen for 0 AP to pair with Pickens. He Team Diamond had it for 1 AP and he was one of the greatest run blocking receivers of all time, so I have to imagine he'll get it discounted.
