Have the animated pictured saved to your phone camera library or drive/desktop on your computer. As long as it saves to your phone/computer in that manner and plays like a .gif, you should be good.

Then go to your forums profile setting here on the site and where it says edit profile and browse for the image, upload it. As long as it’s not that big of a file, it should upload, and work. If it doesn’t when you try, let me know what error message you get.
