<p>Speed doesnt matter THAT much. Yeah, its helpful to get 97 or 98 speed on him, but his other stats are pretty good.</p>

<p>There is controversy on the best TT. <br /> All you do is get players that have played for your TT IRL, and equip their chem.</p> <p>Every 5 chems, you get a special boost to everyone that has the team chem.</p>
