Nope. 97 LTD = 97 Power Up for the Legends Program. The LTD can change team chems and equip secondary positions like a fully upgraded Power Up too.

If your S1 Champion isn't fully upgraded, I do not know of a way to do it now. I think you're stuck unless they find a way to bypass or reward those collectibles a different way later.

Faneca's Power Up should still be able to equip the x3 Steelers chemistry, even after adding his new item that drops tomorrow.
