<p>Higgins powered up is 90 OVR but the theme team depth chart is only set to display the top 6 OVR players at the WR position. <p>You have to complete the full list of daily objectives for it to count as +1 to your total. For example, I believe the Browns history was returned to the league when the team moved to Baltimore as part of the deal. Once the Browns came back, they got their history and records.
