<p>I'm not an artist at all but GIMP is free and I've heard good things, never used it myself though. Some of the actual artists in here might be able to help a bit more.</p>

<p>I've been pulling them for a week or two now and they are great value compared to most other packs. I pulled LTD Russ and then LTD Ingram from them in the span of about 20 minutes!</p>
