<p>I don't know without the game open in front of me but check the Milestone Rewards for the current WCW Solos, Rising Stars this week. It showed a bunch of WCW Fantasy Packs last time I checked. I'm guessing there will be plenty more.</p>

<p>Looks like it was a mistake that has since been patched.</p>
