<p>They say "most elites" can swap team chem, and RG made it sound like the 82 Headliners couldn't switch team chem. If only certain OVR elites get the ability, I'm thinking it might be higher than the 82's.</p>

<p>Power Ups seemed cool at first but they ended up being more trouble than they were worth. I'm glad they are keeping some of the positives from PU's and putting them directly on items, like switching team chem, secondary positions, etc.</p>
