The Chiefs TIE-DYE uniform was fine and all, from a simple appearance standpoint, but it kills my immersion and makes me feel liek a bandwagon jumper to wear the freebie uniform, so i figured it was finally time to invest some coins to represent the Niners, as i'm running 50/50 theme team.

I'm probably just being a big baby, but buggy ass software causes me RAGE.  =)

Agent Kartik stated: "purchase was made for 50000.0 for Tie-Dye Fantasy Pack and it was received on Feb/17/23 05:23AM UTC."  EA Help support has assured me that it's in my item inventory, that i should NOT believe my lying eyes.

EDIT:  I was actually able to make adjustments to my MUT team this evening, however now i'm missing the new and incredibly overpriced uniform i "invested" in.  The EA Help support rep suggested i wait a few hours, power cycle my PS5 and try again.  /sigh

I've contacted EA Support, but they're still stuck asking me to provide all the basic information; what is your username, which platform, etc. -- all information that was provided in my original help request, oof.
