<p>The boosts from Drip Down are only received by the specific old series of CS that you have selected. If you choose Sig Series, the boosts only apply to CS players from Sig Series. New player items do not receive the boosts.</p>

They can't break the rules multiple times and then create a new account and we just pretend they weren't banned for legitimate reasons multiple times. <p>The only way right now is to buy bundles in the Store for $. There will be a set on 2/8 that will require all 8 ring seekers, which will be returned after completing the set, along with 1 Ring Upgrade. Elway+Fletcher+6 more that haven't been release…</p>
