<p>It sounded like it would apply to all of them but we won't know for sure until after Part 2 goes live and we can check the upgrade path for old players.</p>

Anyone seemingly can get playoff chems, x2, x3, but if you want to max out a chem like AKA you have to have every single card that gets the chem?
