<p>We have a filter that shows all players with a motivator chemistry but nothing that can only show surge motivators. Luckily, a member has been nice enough to compile a list here:</p>

<p>I don't know the exact algorithm but I know it's a combination of OVR (higher=better) and bonus modifiers.
