<p>No. They are not dynamic this year since they all started at 86 OVR. What you see on the card is what you get.</p>

This cred is shared across console/MM/PC, so if you already had 35k cred, the 15k bonus would put you @ the 50k cred mark.

Hopefully this can save a few peeps the $10 if you are going after these objectives.

<p>They may not be the sexiest choices but I used to rock Leonard Davis at RG in my earliest MUT days...and I'll never complain about a Steelers Legend getting released!</p>
