Like you, if my opponent is going to come out in nothing but a C4 loop or disengage then I will start running against it and/or play-action glitch the blitz until they stop. Most people don't stop, then they message you after they quit about how running the ball makes you a bum. It's as pathetic as it is hilarious.
In my experience, very few people can consistently use dime 3-2 or dollar blitz metas to completely shut down the run, and that was before I ever had AR. Also in my experience, maybe 10% actually change up their defense, but every time they do we have a decent, fun game. I've met a couple people on this site that way.
