Honestly, if JJM continues to improve the rest of the year, it gives me a bit of hope for next year.

Agreed. Unfortunately JJ is looking very VERY underwhelming at the moment. I feel like he prob gave up on the season. Hopefully, it's because the chemistry between him and McCarthy is just not there.
