McDaniel’s staying for at least one more year.
I want either Flores, Minter, or Kubiak as our head coach. Helps that the Ravens job is pretty attractive.

They haven't officially said that McDaniel will stay. I think they were waiting to see if Harbaugh would be released. Flores was not a good HC for the Dolphins, he completely lost the locker room.

That’s my only issue with Flores. Harbaugh despite his flaws was at least liked by the players (or at least it seemed).
Flores looks great tactically on the Vikings though.

Flores is great defensively, not doubt. He has no clue on offense, so if he gets another HC opportunity, he better get himself a great OC and let them run the offense how they see fit.

I’d rather him at DC and Kubiak/Minter at HC. Although I don’t know if he’s willing to leave his current job unless it’s as a HC.

Yeah. I heard him tied to the Cowboys (my other favorite team) as a DC. As you said though, he may not leave unless it's a HC job.

That isn't a lie. OLB with Overshown and Murray are good. DT with Williams, Clark and Odighizuwa they are good. Safety is ok, but not great. Mike they need help. CB they need lots of help. Edge they need lots of help. Older journeyman DE's like Fowler and Clowney aren't going to cut it.
