right now i have Drake London WR1 Olave WR2 and anquan boldin WR3 id like to put olave in the slot with route tech and i need a new wr i only have 1 open ap slot

Snipe tomorrow and build Carmichael, you'll have to get aggressive with your sniping though.  Otherwise, you could  build GG2 Kupp or White, 96 Irvin would be a great choice as well and you can build him for cheaper than 600K for sure.
