If you look at each player's page, scroll down to abilities, and click "Stacks" it will show you the most popular stacks on the player. 

I'd suggest Secure Protector on everyone, but most importantly your tackles. Usually, you can pair it with an ability like Puller Elite, Nasty Streak, or Post Up for 1 AP total.
