I'm not sure what you're budget is, so I stuck with just upgrades and ability adjustments to your offense to start. If you have a decent budget, I would change our Kirk for one of the top tier WRs and possibly get a better guard than Muti, but he's still a solid option even with a larger budget. I won't list the ability changes for players I left from your current lineup, but you can look what I did in the lineup builder link below.

  • Netane Muti (LG) - 212k
    • Solid stats for his overall and gives you the option of 0 AP nasty streak or 0 AP post up. I prefer nasty streak for my guards.
  • Full PU Red Tornado (C) - 515k but you could probably build the 96 for less.
    • Great pass blocking and run blocking stats and provides a massive boosts for your 2 guards from his motivator boost. For abilities, I run 0 AP post up with 1 AP secure protector, but you could also go with 1 AP identifier with 1 AP secure protector, just 0 AP post up, or just 1 AP secure protector. I recommend having at either post up or secure protector on your center to combat possible inside stuffs.
  • Full PU Marshal Yanda (RG) - 711k but you could easily build him for cheaper and would get the 94 BND back from the set for the power up.
    • 0 AP for both nasty streak and puller elite will really help you on any running play and frees up AP for more important positions.
  • Christian Kirk (WR2) - 270k
    • Over 90 for all route running, 96 speed is just below the top tier for WRs, and the free short out elite will allow you to beat man press more frequently.
  • Full 98 Gronk (TE)
    • I'm not sure if you finished collecting his last card from the season pass, but that will allow you to get x2 team chemistry, which I put towards Legends, and get short in elite for 0 AP.

I would get Junior Seau or Jaylon Smith (or both) so that you could let Ed Reed play up top and user a MLB.

I really just want to recommend that you find an offensive/defensive scheme that works for you.
