This is pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to a lineup in my opinion. The only thing I would think about is maybe doing a 25/50 Vikings or Seahawks TT. You could just make your backups either of those teams, and all it would do is add +1 SPD to every player that shares that chemistry. Also abilities wise, I would put Post Up on your center instead of Nasty Streak. Especially if you are running the ball, which it looks like your lineup is built for, Post Up guarantees a double team win on an inside stuff DT. Hope this helps :-)
