I'd say 8/10. Your team is good enough to play h2h with and has a lot of smart budget options like Bobo and Waddle.

next gen, I just use hendricks/peppers and they feel good

You have enough posts to seem like you know madden very well, dop you think a upgrade on hobbs/evans is necessary? Evans is good but not extraordinary, and hobbs is like toast every game.

I think Evans is still good enough to start for a lot of teams. There are players with better ap discounts but unless you absolutely need to have the best ap setup Evans is fine. But I might be a bit biased because I still use Evans on my own team.
Hobbs would be a better candidate if you want someone to upgrade. I usually want my DBs to have 90 man and 90 zone. That way I can play pretty much any coverage I want and know they won't be liabilities. Play rec can also be important especially if you want to use match coverages. Jamel Dean is a decent option if you want to stick with someone in the same price range as Hobbs
