I run a lot of zone on defense with an occasional man blitz
I usually have vrabel off the edge with JJ, sometimes Smith depending on the set
I use Ravens playbook with read options and a lot of mid to deep passing on offense
Let me know how I should reassign any abilities or players to add or swap
I would look to add an aka pass rusher first. Don't know how much you have but I would look to upgrade most of your oline. Probably want a new wr and cb eventually as well.

It's hard to point you in the right direction in terms of upgrades without knowing your budget.
The suggestions I can make are the following:
Offense
WR: Try to get 0 AP Short In Elite's and whatever else for low AP cost. Route Tech is a good one.
OL: Secure Protector, Nasty Streak, and Puller Elite are the best abilities for your OL. Definitely try to get a 0 AP Secure Protector for your LT like John Madden
HB: Since you have HRM, I'd take off Backfield Master on Charles to free up 1 AP.
Defense:
DT: I'd get rid of Mean Joe and grab a 0 AP Inside Stuff player
Pass Rusher: I'd get rid of Watt and pick up Groot with 1 AP Unstoppable Force and throw your choice of 0 AP Ability on him
CB: Just make sure to have either Man or Zone KO's where you want them. It's best to pair a KO with Pick Artist.
