defense id say to get better cbs. sell fruit punch and you can get ken riley/champ bailey for 140k/129k respectively.  Offensively, id say maybe get a better wr3? or get a better qb, like mahomes or hurts that get slinger/hrm/gift or slinger/SFL/gift. sell stroud and buy mahomes or grind for some coins to buy hurts
