I’m trying to add all my players in the lineup builder part of here, and half of the players don’t have the right chems to upgrade them and what not. Long story short can I link my Xbox account or whatever I need to auto plug in all my players? Or do I have to individually add each player and upgrade them how I have them (which I can’t) 🙄

You can use the Binder Feature to link your xbox account and have your team show without manually inputting each player

If you go to the mut resource tab the top option is binder.  Hit that and you can upload your team and update it. weekly.  I think you also get a certain amount of gg points for doing this.  However, you can only so this on a computer.  If you just use the lineup builder feature it won't show chem boosts.
