I notice that Bo Jackson is your HB2. How did you get him to 99 this quickly?

I think you have a great team right now and should focus on grabbing as many Rookie Premiere players as possible so you can have a great team in M24

Get rid of S3. Hes way too small, even in the slot. 

Swap McCalister to 4 and move Parham up to 2. (Bench the RP for now)

Hubbard is getting nerfed today, if youre not using peppers as FS/CB could use him there.
