Lineup Help

I need help mainly on defense. I have quin and vander esch in the box and I get ran through all game. Who should I get on defense? I run a man scheme out of nickel. The low overalls are upgraded btw.  (I play current gen)

I would pick up Anquan Boldin for sure if you are running man because he gets 0 ap 1 step ahead and for user i would recommend kam chancellor and fred warner if you can afford it if anything i would get rid of vanderesch for someone else in the box

Thanks. I put Sammy knight in the box but he isn’t really making plays. I’ll try Patrick Willis and Fred warner.

I really like fred warner I know some people prefer safety’s but fred gets two free abilities and he way better in the run game imo
