do the objectives to level up on the field passes and do the totw, legends, and aka solos and maybe weekly wildcards. Places to upgrade are probably at corner and some better tackles? Edge protecter is a must if you want to get a throw off in a head 2 head game.

Work the challenges to get as many free cards as you can. Try to use BND items to build your Offensive/defensive line.
Offensively with abilities try to make sure both your tackles have Edge protector or Secure protector, use the discounted abilities section of this website to find the best priced lineman with discounted abilities. Then you have to build the rest of your offense around your style of play. Short in/Short out Elite is the best way to beat man coverage which is what most people run.
Defensively I prefer to use free abilities on my dline (mostly el toro or speedster) and I run Eagles theme team so I have to run a zone defense because all my dbs have Zone KOs. again stick to a scheme and then match the abilities to help you with that scheme. If you like to run man coverage get corners that have short/mid/deep route KO, if you like to run zone make sure they have Zone KOs.
