When I try to get into my mut line up I get a EA server message and it boots me to main screen.
I am having the same issue. Must be a new gameplay bug. I’ve tried restating my console and even going into squads to mess with lineup none of it helps!
I've had the same issue. Have tried multiple things both console and binder wise and no luck. Ea support hasn't helped and marked my ticket as no solution available....

I just figured it out on my side. Check John madden RT and John Madden RT. For me it showed they had lurk artist for some reason. I downgraded both (along with a bunch of other players in my binder...) and its now letting me adjust my lineup again. It must be something where they do a soft update to the game and abilities get changed on players. I remember when little came out he had lurk artist in one of his buckets that I put on for fun.... look like that screwed me out of playing for 2 days. Hope this works! If not I would scroll though your binder and flip cards over to see if they show as having abilities that do not make sense on a card (ie. Little at tackle having lurk artist)
