I would look to get the new fs chad johnson but he's at least 1 million and not sure if you have the coins. In a scheme where you play lots of man and zone his 2 ap universal converage is well worth it.  I would get rid of one of the 1 ap enforcer abilities you use to make room for it.

Not sure if you meant to have 2 Enforcer's on Pola-Mao when you built your lineup but you do lol. 

Anyway, I'd look definitely look into some more KO's (whether Man or Zone). 

What kind of scheme are you running?

I would keep Simmons as your starting fs if he's been playing well. I would look to have Chad Johnson play oop at another safety or corner spot. I wouldn't get rid of RDII unless that's the only way to fit him in.

DBs: I'd throw Flat Zone KO or Deep Out Zone KO on your outside CBs if you like zone. If man, Deep Route KO.
