On 01/09 does that mean all of my ghost and zero chill players there overall boosts will go back down? For instance my 94 overalls are 97 overall and my 93s are 96 overall.
The boosts you're getting from players like Tavon Austin or Montez Sweat will be reduced to almost nothing.

Yes. The players providing the boosts have notes when you go to their individual Home pages indicating that the boosts are reduced on January 9, 2025, in most cases to +1 to attributes like AWR or PRC. Your Bo Nix will lose some of his top end speed and other capacities, not to mention an as of yet undefined increase in the AP of his Sub-Zero abilities.
