X Factor issues

I only have 2 players on defense with X Factors,  but everytime I go go to add a 3rd player, it’s says I already have 3 defenders with X Factors. Is this some sort of glitch??

Sometimes it glitches if you replace/remove a player that has an xfactor actived without first deactivating it.

Its only happened to me twice but I had to start a new lineup once and other time re-add the player I had activated before,activate/deactivate and remove from roster.
