IF those are your only two options, go with Thielen. He gets Short In Elite AND Short Out Elite for just 1 AP. He was used a little bit during the MCS a while back.

not so fast my friend. in a pokemon style RNG game where abilities make or break a player, Thielen has the better abilities with Short In and Short Out Elite for just 1 AP. But I will agree that both cards are outdated at this point.
