WR Feels slow after catching read bubble

I have a 50 Eagles TT and have Carmichael WR catching a bubble RPO.  Why is he so slow after he catches it? Is there a better guy to use? His stats are maxed out but maybe is there a different guy or ability to use?

What is his agility, CoD, and acc? Also, him being so tall might have something to do with it.
