I don't play a lot of head to head on mut, so I don't even really need all the starters I have, considering that my backups are all within 2 ovr of my starters at each position. Would it be worth it to take starters out of my lineup (79 ovr since I don't have lots of time everyday and don't spend money on the game) and just exchange a bunch of them for a couple players in the 80s? Should I have a couple great players or a well rounded team to complete challenges? My team worth isn't a lot right now, probably 600k at most.
For challenges you only need a decent QB who can scramble, a fast WR and a good HB. On D you just need nickel double mug mid blitz

Do you spam that play? It works good then? Is that the one where both MLB blitz?

It works 90% of the time, some QBs like Allen get the ball out quick but I genuinely select the play and put the pad down when playing the AI. I don’t use that play against real opponents in H2H.
The best version is in the Texans PB
Now is the time to turn over cards quickly. Think in terms of the "rental" cost of a player.
Filter the auction house on Price. Look for good values in cards that have over 100 cards posted by filtering down to a single player on price. You have a good chance of being the only bidder. If the card is 15% below market value you can flip him in a day and have a good chance of making a profit. That's zero rental cost with the possibility of an upgrade depending on your profit.
For reasons I don't understand, many platinum cards are offered at their quick sale value. Zero rental cost with the potential for a decent profit.
If your team is only a 79 O wouldn’t personally take my starters out but there’s really no right or wrong answer here.

Ya I tried it with the vikings defense and it wasn't great. Gave up more plays than pressures. Maybe I'll try Texans playbook. Is that one of the better overall playbooks?

Yeah Vikings has nickel 3-3 double mug, Texans is nickel double mug which is better, try it and you’ll see what I mean. I had the same experience

What is the difference? And ty. Ive noticed I select 3-3 a lot and it puts my back up DT in which is very annoying.

Standard one has 4 linemen and 2 linebackers. The 3-3 has 3 linemen and 3 linebackers.

Ok ty. What about 3-3-5 flex? I guess I use coach suggestion a lot and they plays I run keeps putting my backups in at DT and SS mostly and sometimes LB.

It’s putting your backups in because it’s a 3 man front, so it’s taking your top 3 DTs, or if you have one set to your nose tackle it will take that one as the central DT. It’s different this year, in past years your RE and LE would be on the end of the line, now it’s REDG and LEDG are assigned to your rushing positions, so for example a 3-4 would have LEDG and REDG as your OLBs and DTs on the line.

Oh shit! I think I've noticed something like that. So 3-4 base will put 3 DTs on line and my 2 edge where the OLBs usually are? If that's the case what is the best idea? Just to run 1 formation and fine tune that?

I mean, you can sub Players in or you might be able to get the players you want by changing the package
