Will combine promo ruin TOTY?

as we know, the combine promo is the most OP promo in Madden for a long time, not only a bunch of free abilities but some of the craziest boost possible.

With combine promo pt 2 players being leaked, we are looking at John Ross with speed boost, Isaiah Simmons with acrobat boost, Byron Jones with stop & run boost and Amani Hooker with power boost, with these guys on top of guys we already have, I feel like TOTY will be extremely underwhelming, possibly as expensive as the combine players

why would most people get TOTY when we can get 99 speed CBs?

speed doesnt even matter anymore, its easy to get to 97-99 without the combine players. The combine players are missing key stats that people are currently overlooking, EA did it on purpose so the next set of players will have abilities and better stats (such as Play rec for DB's) The cash cow will continue to be milked
