I haven't changed any of my strat cards and he still has 55/55 Raiders, 1st release crystals, and 20/20 ZC and his own Snow Beast boost. But, he was a 98 for me last week and now dropped a 97 and I cannot figure out why. My lineup is identical (I haven't even logged on to MUT in 4-5 days). None of my other players have changed overall. I even went back to screenshot of my lineup from last week to confirm only Zadarius went down.
Did any of the boosts change recently?

Not sure how or why that might have happened, but i can assure you that stressing over the OVR ratings on any card is a big ole waste of time. As long as his actual (boosted) stats and abilities haven't changed, the card should continue to be absolutely elite -- although he pales in comparison with the new Ghosts that have 0AP X-factors, which we could actually activate during the course of a game.
I'm sorry i'm unable to help you identify which specific boost might be helping (or hurting), perhaps you had stacked some temporary (TOTW) boosts on top or something else that could have (somewhat) recently ended? Honestly, most of the stats are essentially meaningless, as well -- the game operates off of minimum thresholds, so once you hit 85, it's basically the same as 89 for the majority of these... until you get to that next threshold (which is typically 90, especially for All Madden difficulty game modes). But it's not liek EA is going to tell us any of these things. They are not particularly transparent.
Anyway, happy Christmas to you, brother. Don't fret over OVR ratings, make sure you're taking full advantage of all the 0AP ability buckets over the next few weeks (til JAN15, i believe). Our first taste of how end-game MUT will feel for M26 cycle.
Nothing has changed for Z Smith, so has to be something on your end. In fact, sounds like he'll go up 1 speed on Christmas if you add Tebow to your lineup.
The Zero Chill strat item changed Thursday.
