I have tier 4 of Game Time chem and this originally added +1 SPD (among other bonuses). I still have the chem at tier 4 and the +1 SPD is gone and is no longer listed in the tier 4 benefits. This checks out with my players, including 87 Travis Hunter, who no longer have the +1 SPD.
Does anyone know why?
Yeah the boost ended. It seems like all the program cards will downgrade to some extent after a few weeks. It said this in the write up. 👍🏻

new promo, new chem. they nerf the previous ones to keep you trying to have the newest promo TT, sometimes making you spend money to keep up.
I'll just be sticking with Ravens for the foreseeable future
