Amazing, but 2 things: 

1) Don't try to hit stick if you find yourself usering him, just wrap up and he'll make the tackle.

2) Give yourself up after the pick, he is a pick machine, but his carrying sucks. So if he takes a hit stick after the INT, he will fumble.

I don't have stats in front of me, but have been using the following setup with terrific success:

• FS: Ed Too Tall
• SS: Darnell Washington (OOP, FS -- could also make a fantastic outside corner)
• CB1: Mel Blount (i actually prefer to have him in the Slot, but to make team chems and positioning work without constant subs, i rarely make this adjustment)
• CB2: Plaxico Buress
• CB3: Josh Uche
• CB4: Anthony Adams -- he's missing Bottleneck, but meh.  It's less relevant this year, as nearly every receiver has baked on Double Me, etc.

ALL of my DBs have the combo of Universal Coverage, Avalanche, Enforcer Supreme and Out My Way... i believe three out of my four corners also have Extra Pop, to help ensure we jar the ball loose.

SS feels liek the weakest (or most expensive) position group.  I've been kind of looking at both Jamal and Ruke, but not in a rush to spend ~2M coins for an incremental upgrade.  Love having the NBA sized deep safeties to ensure everything stays underneath, while we continue to play the bend, but don't break style soft zone coverage defense and hope to dive on any fumbles we're able to force.  Mostly playing H2H Squads these days, all other game modes have lost their luster.
