I actually prefer straight cheesers to the ones who run the play clock down to zero when the game clock is stopped. Or anyone who goes out of their way just to make my life worse. They're usually the same people though lol...

This community is now so toxic that it has become normal to cheat and use exploits. I just don't get it. How is that fun to play like that? You watch a video online of the latest glitch and copy that. That's so lazy. No effort, own thoughts or ideas.

I'm mixing up looks. Assigning man-coverage to certain defensive backs. Cover 3, no, Cover 6, next Cover 2 with an extra linebacker roaming downfield to cover the idiot safeties. On offense I'm trying to throw toward the side of the field with the lesser-talented defenders, and I'm running or passing at what I think to be appropriate times.

Further, most of the guys playing the House Rules have zero clock management. They could force a tie if they wanted to, but they run hurry-up until they score or choke away the possession. And after all that, I have to hope that my guys will hold onto the rock at least half as often as my opponents' receivers will when they take a bang-bang shot at the catch.

They're dumb, but four thousand abilities will win games for you when you can keep holding guys to eighteen yards a reception if you didn't get the KO.

I wish I had a roster to compete with this nonsense, because right now, I'm running a Pop Warner squad by comparison.

I may just have to settle for MUT menus for the rest of the year.

Previously, I used 95 Von Miller with the always-on Fear Monger. The new combine cards also have X Factors that are easy to activate, so I’d like to finally be able to have abilities on that player instead of being stuck with just the X Factor.

This is quite the heavy thread...

1. I do NOT run the loop blitz lol... Tried it once or 2ce and didn't enjoy it. Plus I saw how easily countered it was. I have settled on playing match (I like the rules cause theybmake me think like real football) and alternating that with standard blitzed and coverages.

2. I have no problem with anyone who does the loop.blitz or any other defensive gimmick. The game is what the game is. Everyone has a right to play it as they do trying to win.  They're not cheating. They're simply running what works.

It's no different than certain route combinations that go for big plays/bombs. They wouldn't do so in real life football but they work in Madden cause of how certain zones are coded.

Very few receivers consistently torch man defence in the NFL but anyone with above 85 route running will fry man on a slant, corner, post or drag in MADDEN.

We know what we are signing up for with this game and we hate it but we play it every year. Looks like we all need help 😅 (me especially 😎)

fortunately i’ve been able to win every event they’ve put out, most feared draft event 6 wins, zero chill draft event 6 wins, super bowl event more than a dozen times, super bowl, and now this showtime event another dozen times already

but winning all these has not been easy and most definitely a sweat fest. And I would know because ive had to play the sweatiest dudes to get those final wins on the elo ones… Madden is NOT a casual game this year. Ranked, events, champs and gauntlet, probably the sweatiest madden i’ve ever played and i’ve been playing since 15

you’re fine man, it’s just like i said. touchy subject, at the end of the day run what ever you want to run. you paid for the game and you have the right to do what ever you want regardless on others opinions. 

just have to then be prepared to take the heat if someone reacts negatively.

funniest thing though is half the people complaining will spam nickel double mug, mike blitz and the 6-1 blitz. Or they’ll spam 1 play on offence, moral of the story is I can almost guarantee regardless of what you choose to run, someone’s gonna  have an issue with it if they can’t stop it 

madden always has exploits a few months into the game and changes after every patch. next year there will be a new exploit

It’s meta defense but 90% run it wrong because they can’t switch stick properly. It’s easily attackable.

but to answer the questions… DB because they don’t have pass rush traits that trigger when blitzing, also higher agilit/cod/acc, smaller player model.

No… I don’t run it. I run IC3 out of 335 normal

Running plays that dumb out the AI is manipulating the AI which is cheating. EA allows it since most of the playerbase needs to do it to win and it keeps bad players in the game.

Most people can't win without exploits. It allows casual players to win so that's more money for EA.
