Duh-wreck Carr was never a Raider. He was an overhyped 2nd round graded Nepo QB because of his overrated 1st rounder brother David. Save for 2016 & 2021-22  (two seasons in 11 years) Derek ALWAYS SHRUNK in must win games in November & December, but he was good when games DIDN'T MATTER or in early Sept. which is basically extended preseason!

He wasn't tough, remember the "Is Carr Crying?" Meme from a London Game vs Miami after he took a sack? Any player would breath on him and he acted like his leg was bent back like the Joe Theismann career ender injury. 

Carr made AWFUL decisions like his final 4 downs inside the 10 vs. his only playoff game ever @ Cincy. His infamous 4th and 20checkdown pass vs. the Jags final game in Oakland for those longtime OG Raider fans final game... 

He grifted unworthy 2nd 3rd 4th contracts based off nothing but BS media hype from ONE good year in 2016, he is the LOSINGEST Raider starting QB since the orgs creation in 1962. End of Carr-eer. No tribute anything needed.
