Where do I get Breakout badges?

I see 8 in the challenges + 3 more in the store. Is that it?

The Breakout field pass has some as well

Make sure not to select any of the bnd options when you have a choice, always select the badge. When the three options came up for me, I thought I was getting the badge and that I had to choose between the 2 bnd sets - either 2 82+ or one 84+ - I think it was. But, you have a choice of all 3 including the breakout badge. I only messed up once, but it kept me from at least at this point from getting my welcome pack player fully upgraded.

How exactly did you mess up? It's not as if you're been tricked into selecting anything but the badge.

Same here, I realized it was a choice after I opened all of them and took the cards.  🤦‍♂️

Not that I was tricked by EA, but it was confusing - that's why I put the PSA here.
